Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By submitting an application, receiving approval, or otherwise accessing our services, you confirm that you are authorised to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business and that you accept these terms in full.

2. Application and approval

Access to RankMyLocal.io is offered on an invite-only basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. We evaluate each application based on fit, capacity, and our ability to deliver results.

If your application is approved, we will issue login credentials for your client dashboard. You are responsible for keeping these credentials confidential.

3. Scope of services

Our services may include local SEO strategy, Google Business Profile management, citation building, review management, and reporting. Specific deliverables are defined in your individual service agreement.

We do not guarantee specific search rankings, as these are determined by third-party search engines and factors outside our control.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate business information and timely access to any accounts or assets required to deliver the services. Delays in providing access may affect timelines and results.

5. Fees and payment

Fees, billing cycles, and payment terms are set out in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, fees are billed monthly in advance and are non-refundable once work has commenced for the billing period.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice as specified in your service agreement. Upon termination, access to your client dashboard may be revoked and outstanding fees become payable.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RankMyLocal.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
